We’re hiring dynamic professionals to drive Demat & Trading account activations and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Proactively engage with a client database to identify opportunities for Demat & Trading account openings across India.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads to activate accounts by delivering compelling product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly transactional broking revenue (equity, currency, commodity) equivalent to 3x your CTC.
Offer insights on investment opportunities and market trends to enhance client portfolio yields.
Build and maintain a strong client AUM book by acquiring affluent and super-affluent clients.
Collaborate with senior management for sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Education: Post Graduate (Higher Secondary may be considered for experienced candidates).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or wealth management, preferably with HNI clients.
Industry Expertise: Knowledge of broking operations, stock trading, and investment products is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience:

6 months to 1 year in sales of Demat & Trading accounts, SIPs, Mutual Funds, CASA, or Insurance.
Proven success in business development, lead generation, or sales.
